Hey All! I'm trying to come up with an idea for a paleo orange, ginger sauce to marinate some turkey breast in. I'm thinking, fresh squeezed orange juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, perhaps some orange zest and some mustard powder and cayene pepper? What do you all think? I've never tried this before. But it all sounds good in my head!

Ooooh, would sage be good in it?

I think your best bet would be tarragon...
And maybe some type of oil would be good in the sauce?

I don't think I'll shave the beard until the end of summer.

Add some water and kosher salt to this. 1 cup water; 2 tbsp. kosher salt. A good marinade needs salt, water, sweet, and acid.

I thought we couldn't use salt?

Redfoot, salt is essential to life. I don't know about not adding salt in Paleo but I use plenty of it and am not planning to change any time soon.
