Well I have succumbed to the peer pressure. While I'm not going 100% Paleo I have committed to 95%-99% removal of the hated grains from my diet immediately.
I am not approaching this from a cold turkey point of view. I fear that would only lead to failure and shame(kidding with the shame).
Losing dairy will be the second hardest. I do love my cheeses.
It is amazing to view this change in my lifestyle through diet in terms of the journey from where I used to be.
In high school I lived on candy(no really), in my early 20's it was fast food, the last 15 years have seen me really delve in cooking what I thought was healthy food in various fashions. I am looking forward to continuing that journey.
