So this is a super easy recipe, but it may take a leap of faith for some:
1/4-1/2 can coconut milk 2-6 eggs (almost certainly local, or raised in as healthy a manner as possible) dash of cinnamon, cardamom 1/2-1 tsp honey (optional)
crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk until yolks and whites are well mixed, add other ingredients, stir well, and drink!
I have made this recipe many times and never gotten even the slightest upset stomach or illness. The fact is that healthy, disease free chickens lay healthy, disease free eggs. It takes less than five minutes to make, and can be consumed on the way to work, school, etc. An excellent source of protein and fat!
Oh, and if you have never eaten raw eggs, I would recommend starting with maybe 1 or 2 and see how you do. I know a lady that has done as many as 10 in one sitting!!!! Don't be afraid to dive in....

I don't think I'll shave the beard until the end of summer.
