These are very good but not sweet. I halved the recipe below. Next time, I might add raisins to add sweetness.
Almond muffins -------------- 1 cup almond butter 1 cup sliced raw almonds 1 cup pure coconut milk 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut 3 eggs
stir and pour in muffin cups. Cook at 400 for 15 minutes.

What an interesting recipe! I would be tempted to sub some coconut flour for the shredded coconut and almond flour for the almond butter. But I bet these are pretty interesting. Lots of yummy fat!

I was thinking you could add some cinnamon and vanilla extract to the recipe?
